About Us
This ITTC granted by ARC Training Centre plans to deliver an ecosystem in which net-zero project delivery models, using platform-based methodologies and sustainable materials, will be standard practice in construction. Through the comprehensive training and research, we will provide the new workforce skilled to implement this strategy.
01
Developing holistic platform-based models for the rapid adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies and eco-conscious materials into the building construction process;
02
Seamless integrating decarbonisation techniques into building life cycle through the implementation of collaborative platforms;
03

Aims
Developing systematic strategies to train and upskill industry partner capabilities to utilise Industry 4.0 platform techniques towards net-zero construction ecosystems.

Economic

Low-emission building technologies offer significant economic potential, particularly in areas where Australia has a comparative advantage, such as in low-emission materials. This will elevate the competitiveness of Australia's $135 billion building construction industry.

Commercial

The digital platform knowledge developed in this ITTC will give rise to environmentally conscious manufacturing industries, simultaneously enhancing productivity and competitiveness, thereby adding value to the economy, and fostering business and employment opportunities.

Environmental

This initiative supports our POs to become pioneers in digital manufacturing within the building sector and to deliver new technologies, sustainable products, and protocols to effectively address our environmental concerns such as carbon emissions.
